Services
We recommend aerating twice per year — once in the spring and once in the fall — for best results.
When you book both services at the same time, you receive 15% off each treatment.
No hidden fees. No surprises. Just straightforward pricing and healthier lawns.
-
Spring aeration relieves soil compaction after winter, allowing water, oxygen, and nutrients to reach grass roots right when growth ramps up. By improving root depth and nutrient absorption, aeration helps your lawn grow thicker, stronger, and healthier throughout the season.
-
Fall aeration relieves soil compaction from summer traffic and heat, allowing water, oxygen, and nutrients to reach grass roots before winter. By strengthening root systems during cooler temperatures, aeration helps your lawn recover, store energy, and come back thicker and healthier in the spring.
-
Aerating in both spring and fall gives your lawn the best chance to thrive year-round. Spring aeration jump-starts growth after winter, while fall aeration repairs summer damage and strengthens roots before dormancy. Together, they reduce compaction, improve nutrient absorption, and build deeper root systems—resulting in a thicker, healthier lawn season after season.
As much as we love green grass (and as much as we don’t love looking at
compacted, struggling lawns), we do have to charge for our services.
Our goal is to keep pricing clear, simple, and transparent, charges for aeration are based on size:
Minimum Charge: $100* per aeration
$350* for a full acre, per service
Most lawns fall somewhere between these two price points, depending on size.
Pricing
Example
•A quarter-acre lawn is $100 for one aeration.
•With the spring and fall package, the price is $85 per visit.
•That means two aerations for $170 total instead of $200.
*When you book both spring and fall service at the same time, you receive 15% off each treatment.
Every aeration is done in two directions for maximum effectiveness—no shortcuts.
